CARDINAL IVAN DIAS AWARD FOR AN ESSAY ON MARIOLOGY

The late Cardinal Ivan Dias, former Archbishop of Bombay, instituted the Cardinal Ivan Dias Award for an Essay on Mariology. The Seminary looks after organising this Essay Competition every year. The results of the latest edition of the Awards for the year 2021-2022 are as follows:

The topic for the Essay: Mary, Mother of Good Counsel, who exclaimed "Do whatever he tells you"

As Cheryl Rodrigues is the only one from the city of Mumbai, the award was given to her personally by Cardinal Oswald Gracias, at the end of the solemn Mass of the Feast of Our Lady of the Mount, on 11th September 2022, at Bandra.
