Major Play, 9th to 11th December, 2022

Every year, St Pius X Seminary stages an Annual event in the month of December. This year, the community staged a Major play for three days on the title ‘Daniel: God’s faithful Instrument.’ The play was hosted in two Acts and was a great success with the life of Daniel coming alive. The audience were mesmerised with the brilliant production, script, choice of characters, sets and visuals. In the course of the three days, the Seminary invited dignitaries as Chief Guests for the event. On the first day, we had Sr. Dr Ashreena Miranda and Dr Laila Abdurahiman as Chief Guests, on the second day we had Dr Chris D’Souza as the Chief Guest and on the third day we had Bp John Rodrigues as the Chief Guest and Oswald Cardinal Gracias as the Guest of Honor for the event. The Rector, Fr Aniceto Pereira spoke a few words in the course of the three days between the two acts. The brothers along with Fr Walter D’Souza and Fr Benhur Rodrigues worked tirelessly to make this event a meaningful one. We thank everyone who strived to make this event a grand success.
